Refurbishment of wood works,sanitary & plumbing works at Banga Bhawan INew Delhi Under Banga Bhawan Sub-Divisionfor 2025-26- 1 (Page:10, It.No.02) Dismantling all types of plain cement concrete works, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m(a) upto 150 mm. thick1st and 2nd floor 2 (Page: 12, It.No.11) Cutting chase upto 125 x 150 mm. and subsequent mending of damages.(a) in brick wall [Cement-3.6 Kg/Mtr]1st and 2nd floor 3 (Page:385, Code No.18.77 of DSR 2021) Cutting holes up to 15x15 cm in R.C.C. floors and roofs for passing drain pipe etc. and repairing the hole after insertion of drain pipe etc. with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), including finishing complete so as to make it leak proof.1st and 2nd floor 4 (Page - 189,It.No.- 01 ) Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor).[Excluding cost of chippingover concrete surface](ii) With 1:6cement mortar,(b) 20 mm thick plaster1st and 2nd floor 5 (Page:26, Item 10) Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground flooras per relevant IS codes1st and 2nd floor 6 (Page -60 , It.No.- 01 , S & P Schedule )Supplying, fitting & fixing Cast iron soil pipe only conforming to I.S. 3989/ 2009 and I.S. 1729/2002 with bobbins, nails etc. including making holes in the wall, floor etc. and cutting trenches etc. in any floor through masonry concrete, if necessary, and mending good damages with necessary jointing materials and painting two coats to the exposed surface with approved paint complete. (Measurement will be made along the center line of thetotal pipe line in fitted condition including specials,payment for specials & Painting will however be paid seperately). (b) With valamoid joint(i) 150 mm dia. (internal)1st and 2nd floor 7 ( Page -60, It.No.- 02, S & P Schedule) Supplying, fitting & fixing Cast iron single branch equal with door conforming to I.S. 1729/2002 including joining and painting two coats tothe exposed surface with approved paint complete. (Payment of Paintingwill however be paid seperately).150mm dia toilets 8 ( Page -61, It.No.- 03, S & P Schedule) Supplying, fitting & fixing Cast iron double branch equal with door conforming to I.S. 1729/2002 including jointing and painting two coats to the exposed surface with approved paint complete. (Payment of Painting will however be paid seperately). ((a) With valamoid joints including sealing the top with cement mortar (4:1) 150 mm dia 9 ( Page 65, Item 14) Supplying,fitting and fixing cast iron "P" or "S" trap conformimg to I.S.3989/ 2009 and 1729/ 2002 including lead caulked joints and painting twocoats to the exposed surface. (Painting to be paid seperately). S trap 150 mm dia 10 (Page 61, IT .NO- 04, S & P Schedule )Supplying, fitting & fixing H.C.I. bend with door conforming to I.S.S. including jointing complete and painting two coats to the exposed surface with approved paint complete. (Payment of Painting will however be paid seperately). ((a) With valamoid joints including sealing the top with cement mortar (4:1) 150 mm dia 1st and 2nd floor 11 (Non Schedule, Previously Passed rate vide tender No.13/BB of 2022-23, It. No.60) Providing and Fixing 7mm thick light weight PVC Gypsum false ceiling tiles of size 595 x 595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanised steel sections (galvanising @120 grams per sqm includingboth side) consisting of main "T" runner suitably spaced at joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.33 mm thick (minimum)sheet ,spaced 1200 mm centre to centre ,and cross "T" of size 24x8 mm made out of 0.33 mm (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main"T" at 600 mm centre to centre to from a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondray cross "T" of length 600 mm and size 24x28 mm made of 0.33 mm thick (Minimum) sheet sheet to be inter locked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to from grid of size 600x600 mm, resting on periphery walls/partions on a perimeter wall angle pre-coated steel of size (24x24x3000 mm made of 0.40 mm thick (minimum) sheet with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm centre to centre with 25 mm long dry wall screw@ 230 mm interval and laying 7mm thick light weight Gypsum false ceiling tiles having laminated with vinyl on the front surface and aluminum foil on the back surface is placed in the grid , including , cutting/ making opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fitting, fixtures,smoke detector etc., wherever required. Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceilingusing G.I slotted cleats of size 25x35x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 8 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm G.I adjustable rods with galvanished steel level clips of size 85x30 x0.8 mm, spaced at 1200 mm centre to centre along main "T", bottom exposed with 24 mm of all"T" se4ctions shall be pre-painted with polyster baked paint, for all heights, as [er specifications, drawings and as directed by engineer-in- charge .The PVC gypsum ceiling tile shall have NRC value of 0.50 (Minimum), lights reflection > 80% humidity resistance>95%1st and 2nd floor 12 (Page 201,it.no.4) Applying Acrylic Emulsion Paint of approved make and brand on wallsand ceiling including sand papering in intermediate coats including putty (to be done under specific instruction of Superintending Engineer) : (Two coats) standard qualiyu 13 (Page - 77 , It.No.- 09 ) Taking out Mirzapur or glazed porcelain tiles carefully by chiselling from walls or floor including stacking serviceable material as directed. 14 (Page - 280, IT .NO- 01)Supplying and laying true to line and level Anti Skid full Body Homogeneous & Granular finishVitrified Tiles conforming to IS 15622: 2006 & IS 4457-2007 and tested shall be made in accordance with IS 13630 [Non modular size for tiles with Skid resistance > 0.5Mohr"s hardness >5.0, Staining resistance Class-1 WaterbsorptionAbsorption: E < 0.5%], MOR > 35 N/sq.mm in Internal area of building e.g. Toilet Block, Passage, Corridor, Accessible Open Terrace etc. set in 20 mm sand cement mortar (1:4) and 2 mm thick cement slurry at back side of tiles using cement @ 2.91 Kg./Sqm or using Polymerised Adhesive (6 mm thick layer applied directly over finished artificial stone floor/ Mosaic etc without any backing course) laid after application slurry using 1.75 Kg of cement per Sqm below mortar only, joints grouted with admixture of white cement and colouring pigment to match with colour of tiles/ epoxy grout materials of approved make as directed and removal of wax coating of top surface of tiles with warm water and polishing the tiles using soft and dry cloth upto mirror finish complete including the cost of materials, labour and all other incidental charges complete true to themanufacturer"s specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (White cement, synthetic adhesive and grout material to be supplied by the contractor).1st and 2nd floor 15 It. no - 9: (Page -02 , It.No.- 01 , S & P Schedule ) Supplying, fitting and fixing G.I. pipes of TATA make with all necessary accessories, specials viz. socket, bend, tee, union, cross, elbo, nipple, longscrew, reducing socket, reducing tee, short piece etc. fitted with holder bats clamps, including cutting pipes, making threads, fitting, fixing etc. complete in all respect including cost of all necessary fittings as required,jointing materials and two coats of painting with approved paint in any position above ground. (Payment will be made on the centre line measurements of total pipe line including all specials. No separate payment will be made for accesories, specials.
