1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Consisting In Monitoring The Effects Of Active Protection Procedures For Vegetation In The Upper Pool Of The Biebrza National Park Together With The Analysis And Interpretation Of The Results Obtained, I.E. Monitoring The Impact Of Active Protection Procedures On Peat Bog Habitats In The Upper Biebrza National Park In 2025. The Subject Of The Contract Is Implemented As Part Of The Project Entitled Support For The Active Protection Of Wetland Habitats And Species Associated With Them In The Biebrza National Park Co -Financed By The National Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management Based In Warsaw, Ul. Konstruktorska 3A, 02-673 Warsaw Agreement No. 167/2024/Wn10/Op-Wk/D.3. The Schedule Of Work Implementation And Deadlines For Submitting The Results Within Individual Parts Of The Order Are Included In Annex 1 To Swz.4. The Locations Of Simplified Lists And Monitoring Areas To Which The Service Being Subject To The Contract Is Located In The Biebrza National Park, And Their Exact Location Is Presented In Annex 1 To The Contract. Shp Layers With Their Spatial Location Will Be Transferred To The Contractor By The Contracting Authority After Signing The Contract. 5. The Subject Of The Order At Each Stages Should Be Provided By The Headquarters Of The Biebrza National Park In Osowiec-Twierdzy 8, 19-110 Goniądz, The Goniądz Commune, The Moniecki Poviat, The Podlasie Voivodship, And In Order For The Contracting Authority The Contractor To Provide The Contractor, The Contractor May Provide One Printed Copy, While Two Subsequent Prints Of Copies Are Cut Along With The Signed Protocol. 6. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Subject Of The Contract Be Carried Out On The Terms And Rules Set Out In The Contract Template (Annex 7 To Swz Competent For A Given Part) And Attachments To The Contract. 7. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Grant A 24 -Month Warranty On The Subject Of The Contract, Calculated From The Date Of The Final Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Contract. 8. Place Of Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract: Area Of The Biebrza National Park.
