The Technology In Question Is Specified In Detail In The Annexes Of The Assignment Documentation. The Subject Of Performance Is Also The Right, Connection, Installation, Installation And Training Of The Operator, Implementation Of Warranty And Post -Warranty Service To The Extent And Under The Conditions Set Out In The Terms And Conditions Of The Contracting Authority, Respectively. Purchase Contract, Which Forms An Integral Part Of This Tender Documentation (Annex 5).
