Tenders are invited for Janitorial Services of Common Areas External Surface, Plant Room/Service Rooms Area Handling of Garbage and Maintenance of Landscaped Area of Floating Market Colombo. Non - Refundable Fee (Rs.) 2500/- plus Taxes Amount of Bid Security (Rs.) 64000/- Interested bidders may obtain further information from Head of Procurement, Urban Development Authority, 07th Floor, Sethsiripaya - Stage I, Battaramulla and inspect the bidding documents free of charge at the Procurement Unit on working days from 11th July 2025 to 31st July 2025 - 9.00 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by any prospective Bidder or their accredited agent on submission of a written request to the Head of Procurement, Urban Development Authority, 07th Floor, Sethsiripaya - Stage I, Battaramulla from 11th July 2025 to 31st July 2025 between 9.00 a.m. and 2.30 p.m. on working days upon payment of non-refundable fee as in the above Table 01 to Shroff in Finance Division in Urban Development Authority. A Bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of bank guarantee as per the specimen in the bidding documents and issued by a Commercial Bank in Sri Lanka and registered under the Central Bank of Sri Lanka. The value of the bid securities and validity period of bid securities are stated in Table 01. Bids shall be hand delivered or sent by registered post with original and duplicate addressed to the Chairman, Department Procurement Committee (Minor), 07th Floor, Urban Development Authority, Sethsiripaya - Stage I, Battaramulla to be received on or before Date at the time given in Table 01. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after the closing of bids in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. A pre - bid meeting will be held on the Date and time given in Table 01 at the Procurement Unit, Urban Development Authority, 07th Floor, Sethsiripaya - Stage I, Battaramulla.
