The Sadar Development And Resilient Institute Has Received Financing From The International Fund For Agricultural Development (Ifad) And Intends To Apply A Part Of The Proceeds Of The Financing To This Purchase. The Use Of Any Ifad Financing Shall Be Subject To IfadS Approval, Pursuant To The Terms And Conditions Of The Financing Agreement, As Well As IfadS Rules, Policies And Procedures. Ifad And Its Officials, Agents And Employees Shall Be Held Harmless From And Against All Suits, Proceedings, Claims, Demands, Losses And Liability Of Any Kind Or Nature Brought By Any Party In Connection With Adaptive Agriculture And Rangeland Rehabilitation Project (A2r2). 2. The Adaptive Agriculture And Rangeland Rehabilitation (A2r2) Project Is To Improve Incomes, Food And Nutrition Security For The Households Of Small-Scale Producers In The Project Area; And To Contribute To Land Restoration, Biodiversity Conservation Of Degraded Ecosystems, And Improvement Of Adaptive Capacity Of Vulnerable Smallholder Households Through Climate Resilient Sustainable Natural Resource Management. 3.
