Tender For 1) Construction Of Computer Lab Building In Pums At A.Kurumbapalayam H/O Vettuvaplayam.; 1 EARTHWORK EXCAVATION for foundation in all soils and sub soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring, strutting and baling out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of not more than 15cm thick, well rammed and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with initial lead and lift etc.,including levelling the sites complete complying with standard specifications and as directed. 2 CEMENT CONCRETE 1:4:8 mix using 40mm gauge hand broken hard granite stone jelly for FOUNDATION including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick, well rammed etc., complete complying with standard specification. 3 Supplying, fabricating and placing in position mild steel/Ribbed tor steel rods for all RCC works including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors, complete complying with standard specfication. 4 Supplying and erecting centering shuttering includingnecessary supports for plane surface in foundation andbasement and in all floors for R C C column footingcolumn plinth beam, beams, roof slabs, staircase steps,bed blocks, critical pier etc using mild steel sheets ofsize 90 x 60 cm and 10 guage stiffened, welded with mildsteel angles of size 25mmx25mmx3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) scantlings of size 10cm x6.5cm spaced of about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by departmental officers including conveyance of all materials to site and proper centering etc complete. (ABOVEGROUND LEVEL)(Sunshade ) 6 Roof slab ,lintel & beam 7 Centering For Column 8 REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE 1:1.5:3 mix using 20mm gauge hand broken hard granite stone jelly for FOUNDATION FOOTINGS including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick, well rammed etc., complete complying with standard specification. 9 Re- filling in foundation and basement and trenches with Excavated Earth in layers of not more than 15cm thick, well watered,rammed and consolidatedetc.,complete. 10 Brick work in following Cement Mortar using best quality Fly ash bricks of size 23x11x7cm for foundation and basement including curing etc.,complete complying with standard specification. 11 Supplyand filling of good gritty gravel from approved quarry to work site including costand conveyance of all charges etc complete. 12 Supplying and applying of two coats of putty of 3mm thick over the exposed RCC surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothy with grinding machine and the surface shall be thoroughly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing.The Surface shall then be allowed to dry for atleast 48 hours.It shall then be sand papered (waterproof abrasive sheet) to give a smooth and even surface.Any unevenness shall be made good by applying 1st coat of putty mixed with water on the entire surface including filling up the undulations and applying 2nd coat of putty after 6 hours of 1st coat of putty and then sand papering (waterproof abrasive sheet) the same after it is dry and finishing the surface smoothly, etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental Officers. [ The rates are inclusive of hire charges for grinding machine with wheel, cost of sand paper (waterproof abrasive sheet), cost of putty blade, labour charges for grinding the joints and sand papering, two coat of putty, scrapping the putty area to level the surface smooth, etc., complete].The Putty shoule be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on work. 13 PLASTERING with cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five sand)12mm thick in all floors complying with standard specifications. 14 CEMENT CONCRETE 1:2:4 mix using 20mm gauge hand broken hard granite stone jellyincluding dewatering if found necessary and well rammed etc., complete complying with standard specification. 15 WEATHERING COURSE CONCRETE using best quality broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be added) over the RCC roof slabs in the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid in a single layer and consolidated to the required designed and finished thickness by beating the concrete with wooden beaters if approved pattern keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jaggery water as per standard specification etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers. 16 Finishing the top of roof with one course of Vitrified tiles of size 0.60m x0.60mof approved quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to I.S. at 2% by weight of cement used and the top pointed with same mortar mixed with redoxide 17 Floor finishing with best quality of Anti - Skidtiles of size 305mm x 305mm x 6mm including cost and conveyance of all materials charges etc complete 18 Finishing the top of roof withbest quality of Pressedtiles of size 230mm x 230mm x 6mm including cost and conveyance of all materials charges etc complete 19 Supply and fixing of cuddapha slab for shelf and cupboard including cost and conveyance of materials including labour charges etc complete 20 Supply ,Fabrication of Mild steelDoor including of all charges etc complete as per standard specification. 21 Supply ,Fabrication of Mild steelWindow including of all charges etc complete as per standard specification. 22 Oil bound distemper painting over priming coat including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc complete. 23 Exterior Emulsion Two coats over priming coat including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc complete. 24 Painting two coats over New iron works using ready mixed enamel paint including cost and conveyance of paint and all labour charges etc complete 25 Supply and fixing of TNEB Meter board suitable for 32A single phase service connection with 32A fuse unit and neutral(side handle) on suitable of wall withearth connection only.SD NO 125 26 Supply and fixing of 16 Amps DPIC switch of 500 V with fuse and neutral(side handle) on suitable T.W.box withearth connection only.
