Tender For Repair Works At Hostel Premises; 1 Providing and fixing stone slab with table rubbed, edges rounded and polished,of size 75x50 cm deep and 1.8cm thick, fixed in urinal partitions by cutting a chase of appropriate width with chase cutter and embedding the stone in the chase with epoxy grout or with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 6mm nomincal size) as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and finished smooth. i) Granite stone of approved shade 2 Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. 3 Providing and fixing bright /matt finished Stainless Steel handles of approved quality & make with necessary screws etc all complete. i) 125mm 4 Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters confirming to IS:2202 (Part I) non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both face of shutters. i) 30mm thick including ISI marked stainless steel butt hinges with necessary screws 5 Providing and laying rectified Glazed Ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours, shades, except White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. 6 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand andmanufacture to give an even shade : i) Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture 7 Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete 8 Providing and fixing solid plastic seat with lid for pedestal type W.C. pan complete : i) White solid plastic seat with lid 9 Providing and fixing P.V.C waste pipe for sink or wash basin including P.V.C waste fittings complete. i) Flexible pipe- 32mm dia 10 Providing and fixing uplasticised PVC connection pipe with brass unions : i) 45 cm length - 15mm nominal bore 11 Providing and fixing C.P brass shower rose with 15 or 20mm inlet: i) 150mm diameter 12 Providing and fixing C.P. brass bib cock of approved quality conforming to IS:8931 : 15 mm nominal bore 13 Providing and fixing C.P. brass stop cock (concealed) of standard design and of approved make conforming to IS:8931. 15 mm nominal bore 14 Providing and fixing C.P. brass angle valve for basin mixer and geyser points of approved quality conforming to IS:8931. i) 15mm nominal bore 15 Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): i)With float glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness (weight not less than 10 kg/ sqm) 16 Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): i)With frosted glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness (weight not less than 10 kg/ sqm) 17 Providing and fixing stainless steel sliding door bolts, with nuts and screw etc. complete:i)300 x 16 mm 18 Providing and fixing Hand Shower (Health Faucet)of approved quality and make as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.i) Hand Shower (Health Faucet) with 8mm Dia, 1 Meter Long Flexible Tube & Wall Hook of Jaquar or of equivalent make as approved by Engineer-in-charge. 19 Providing and fixing stainless steel door latch with necessary screws etc. complete : i) 250x16x5mm 20 Providing and fixing wash basin with C.I brackets, 15mm C.P brass pillar tap, 32mm C.P brass waste of standard pattern, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever require: White vitreous china wash basin (Ovel shape) confirming to IS 2556 (Under counter type) with single 15mm C.P brass pillar tap 21 Providing 1st quality marine plywood of BWP grade of 12mm thickness 22 Providing and fixing Aluminium composite panel of thickness 4mm with necessary screws etc.
