Dismantling includes all methods like welding, cutting, unscrewing, etc as per site requirement. The waterproofing admixture to be mixed as per the OEM specification. (Approved Make:-Ultratech, Dalmia, ACC) 3 Providing and fixing factory made approved UPVC sliding glazed (6mm frosted Polystyrene Textured Sheet with UV protection) window up to required height dimension comprising of UPVC multi-chambered frame with in-built roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to UPVC profile), appropriate dimension of UPVC extruded glazing beads and UPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch locks with hook, zinc alloy body with single nylon rollers (minimum weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I fasteners of required size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware"s and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weatherproof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes Single / double glass panes, wire mesh and silicon sealant etc. Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made. Three track three panels sliding window with fly proof SS wire mesh (Two nos. glazed & one no. wire mesh panels) made of as per site requirement. The rate includes cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding, ladders charges, storing & safeguarding the labour in all heights. (Approved Make:- Sparta, Wall Nox or equivalent) 4 Removing, repairing, fitting and fixing of old M.S Grills of approved designs made out ofM S Flat, Square bars/Round bars etc. of approved specification/ dimensions with necessary welded, jointed, clamps fixed in proper position & plumb includingasingle coatof priming of approved quality metallic primer, making required holes in Masonry Walls / R.C.C Structures (where necessary)and grouting the clamps with C.C(1:2:4) with 12mm size black hard crusher broken granitestone chips, making good to the damages of Masonry Walls / R.C.C Structures including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, stacking, royalties and taxes of all materials, new grill where required, cost of all labours, staging, scaffolding, plastering, sundries, T&P etc. complete as per the direction ofthe Engineer-in-charge. 5 Providing and applying approved synthetic enamel or approved equivalent grade gloss/ stain paint to all type steel/ metal Surfaces. The surface to be painted shall be made free from any loose paint, dust, grease and any fungus, algae or moss, on it shall be removed thoroughly by vigorous wire brushing and cleaning properly. Thereafter sand the surface with emery paper 180 and again sand the surface with emery paper 320.Wipe clean and then one coat of surface primer be applied after which any surface imperfection such as holes, dents, fine cracks/ surface imperfection to be corrected. Thereafter and wipe clean and then apply the premium enamel in two coats. The colour and pattern/ colour combination of the paint shall be got approved from Engineer in charge. The rate includes cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding, ladders charges, storing & safeguarding the labour in all heights. contractor must provide all safety precautions to all working labours at site. (Approved make-: Asian Apcolite Premium Gloss Enamel, Indigo PU Super Gloss Enamel, Dulux Super PU Satin, Berger Luxol PU Enamel) 6 Providing, laying and fixing of pre-moulded and smooth polished, machine cut approved Granite stone in required combination design pattern and approved colour shade and texture, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete laid with approved fixing material after proper chipping of old base and jointed with cement slurry, and pointing with epoxy based water proof grout to match the shades of the stones etc, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including chipping, rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels and finished to line, level, plumb etc. as required, including cutting of stone slab, wastage making cut outs wherever required machine polishing. Item including cost of all required dismantling, chipping of all sufaces, all materials, epoxy, curing, fixing materials, moulding, grouting, edge curve finishing, polishing, labours & royalties, conveyance, loading and unloading, sundries ,T & P etc. complete as per the specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge. The colour shade, pattern, design to be finalised by the NABARD representatives. 7 SCAFFOLDING- Includes all types of scaffolding as per site area (Suspended, Supported, Aerial, etc) All prices to be inclusive of materials like Bamboo, Tubular, swings, overhanging, etc.All scaffolding components shall confirm to the relevant Indian (IS: 2750-1964 & IS 4014-1967) or equivalent. They shall be maintained in good condition. Damaged or deteriorated components shall not be used. The scaffolding should be as required at the site area with all safety aspects.
