The Objective Of The Epic Related Services For Implementation Of The Proposed Facility/ Facilities (Construction And Demolition Scope) To Ensure Uninterrupted Water Supply To Dca Consumers. Brief Scope As Listed Below. A. Replacement Of Existing Potable Water Pipelines (8", 4" And Branch Lines) ",,Replace Existing 8" (From Ddp To Fnds) And 4" (From Ddp To Beach House) Pipelines With New Integrated Pipeline Of Suitable Size Supplying Potable Water To All Existing Consumers Connected With 8" And 4" Pipelines. The New Pipeline Shall Be Routed From Ddp To Fnds Via Dws, Beach House And Dsfa. ",,Disinfectant Injection Facility Will Be Provided (If Required) To Meet Potable Water Quality Standards. ",,The New/Replacement Branch Lines (Sizes From 2" To 6") Shall Be Connected To The Relevant Consumers. B. New Dm (Demineralized) Water Plant ",,Dm Water Plant (Including Local Control Panel) Having Design Capacity Of 2 M3/Hr (To Be Re-Confirmed During Feed) Is Required To Meet The Dm Water Demand Of Dca Consumers. Along With Dm Water Package, Dm Water Package Feed Pumps, Dm Water Storage Tank, Dm Water Tanker Filling Pumps And Tanker Filling Station Are Also Required. C. New Concrete Tank At Dsfa ",,A New Concrete Tank Having 200 M3 Storage Capacity Is Required At Dsfa For Enhancement Of Potable Water Central Storage Capacity From 150 M3 (Existing Concrete Tank) To 350 M3 For Ensuring Two Days Storage Capacity Considering Average Potable Water Consumption Of Approximately 175 M3/Day. Upgrade Of Potable Water Storage System Is Required At Dsfa (Including Possible Upgrade Of Pumping Facility) To Address Any Unforeseen Scenario (Pipeline Leakage And Maintenance, Which May Take Up To 2 Days) And Ensure Interrupted Supply To Potable Water Users At Dsfa. D. New Line To Existing Irrigation Water Tanks (3 Numbers) From The New Pipeline ",,Three Number Of Existing Irrigation Water Tanks (Irt-Sfa-76, Irt-R11-77 & Irt-R11-78) To Be Connected To The New Potable Water Distribution Header Along With Required Instrumentation For Flow Control, Level Control/Tank Filling Shall Be Required For This Purpose. E. Demolition (8", 4" And Branch Lines) ",,Demolition Of Existing Pipelines (8" And 4" Headers & Branch Lines) Is Required After Successful Commissioning Of New Facility. Demolition Of Following Existing Potable Water Pipelines (Including Demolition Of Pipelines, Supports, Associated Civil Works, Earthworks, And All Existing Related Facilities) Shall Be Performed Under This Project.
