This Contract Also Facilitates The Installation Of A 12.19M All-Steel Portable Bridge Structure On A Designed Crossing Site. The Proposed Development Is Part Of Future Timber Sale Package Preparations And Is Integral In Providing Access To Proposed Harvesting. Contract Deliverables Will Be Planned For Completion With Timing Windows And Habitat Restrictions In Mind. Project Works Will Be Completed Concurrently As Per The Approved Work Progress Plan And Schedules. The Project Is Located At Elevations Ranging Between 1155M And 1170M And Is Just Off A Moderately Well-Maintained Road (Harris-Home Road). The Site Is Accessed From Creighton Valley In Lumby. Harris-Home Road Has Sections Of Tight Cornered Roadway With Steep Slopes And Is Moderately Travelled By Local Traffic. All Instream Works (Though None Are Expected) Will Be Conducted Under The Supervision Of A Bcts Supplied Environmental Monitor And In Compliance With The Construction Environmental Management Plan.
