Tenders are invited for Shelters Rehabilitations in Al Diwaniyah / Aghawat Village for 46 Shelters 1 Caravan base: 3-inch angle steel with 3 mm thickness. 2 Rectangular hollow section (RHS) 80×40 mm, 2 mm thickness. 3 Base support columns for the caravan, 30 cm height. 4 Mounting base, 1m width × 30cm height, cladded with 2 mm patterned aluminum. 5 Wooden board 2m × 1m, 2 cm thickness, to be installed over the steel base. 6 Supply and install ceramic tiles on caravan base (2m × 1m), including slope towards drainage point (eastern toilet). 7 Caravan corner columns: 3-inch angle steel, 3 mm thickness. 8 Installation of 5 cm thick sandwich panels for caravan walls, 2 m height. 9 Fixing internal aluminum angles using silicone sealant to close gaps at all inner corners of the caravan. 10 Caravan roof: Installation of 5 cm-thick sandwich panels, area 1 m ×2.4 m. 11 Installation of external aluminum frames for the caravan, including small pipe ( fabrication) and installation of using the external rain gutter. SUBTOTAL Doors No 1 Supply and installation of high-quality external PVC door, weather-resistant, with solid frame, including lockset, handles, hinges, and all necessary accessories; dimensions: 90 cm (W) × 180 cm (H). SUBTOTAL Plumbing and Sanitation Works 1 Supply and installation of high-quality ceramic squat toilet (eastern type) with flush tank, including complete internal connections and secure installation. 2 Supply and installation of shower mixer with handheld shower set, including all required fittings and connections. 3 Supply and installation of external porcelain wash basin with mixer tap, including connection to wastewater system and all required fixtures and installation materials. 4 Connection of the caravan to the septic tank, including excavation, piping, transportation, installation, and all required materials and accessories for full operation. SUBTOTAL Electrical Works 1 Supply and installation of two ceiling-mounted LED light fixtures (18W), one inside the caravan and one above the external wash basin, including wiring, connection, and secure installation. 2 Supply and installation of electric exhaust fan suitable for bathroom use, including all electrical connections and secure mounting. 3 Supply and installation of a small electrical distribution board with circuit breakers (MCBs), connected to the main power source.
