General Procurement Notice for Acquisition of the Consulting Services for Project Preparation Special Fund (PPSF) Financed Procurement The loan project includes the following components: Component I: Feasibility study (FS): This component includes the Feasibility study for Construction of the sewer network and wastewater treatment and re-use, including finalizing the identification of the service areas to be included under the project, technical surveys and other technical assessments. Component II: Detailed engineering designs (DEDs): This component includes the Detailed engineering designs for Construction of the sewer network and wastewater treatment and re-use, including finalizing the identification of the service areas to be included (a) construction drawings; and (b) costing and bill of quantities. Component HI: Other preparatory activities including: a) Environmental and social (E&S) assessments (including gender assessment), E&S instruments and required under AHBs Environmental and Social Framework (ESF), and E&S capacity building; (b) the preparation of Project Delivery Strategy. Procurement Plan and procurement documents (including the Terms of References for consultant(s) to be engaged for the Project); (c) financial management arrangements; (d) economic analysis; and (e) preparation of the Project Implementation Manual.
