The Kainuu Welfare Area (Subscriber) Requests Tenders For The Construction Contract For The Building Unit Of The Kainuu Welfare Area And Children With Disabilities In Accordance With This Invitation To Tender And Other Tenders. This Is The Acquisition Of Construction Contracts Exceeding The National Threshold In Accordance With The Procurement Act (Public Procurement And Accounting Agreements 1397/2016), And The Contract Is A Divided Contract In Which The Contractor Of The Construction Technology Works As A General Contractor And As A Legislative Principal. Hvac, Building Automation, Electrical And Sprinkling Contracts Are Carried Out In The Sub-Contracted Side Contracts Of The Main Contract.
