The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Enter Into A Framework Contract For The Purchase Of Single Accessories Used In The Field Of Ear, Nasal And Throat Diseases. The Descriptions Of The Products Are Given In Annex 1. The Procurement Is Divided Into 29. The Tender May Be Submitted To One Or More Parts. Framework Contracts Shall Be Concluded Under The Terms And Conditions Of Annex 2 For Two (2) Years From The Date Of The Conclusion Of The Agreement Or Until The Instructions For The Tenderer In Paragraph 2.5 Until The Maximum Volume Of The Procurement Shall Be Completed, Whichever Will Arrive Earlier. In The Event That The Same Provider Is Declared Successful In Many Parts, One Framework Agreement Shall Be Concluded With Him, Covering All The Corresponding Parts Of The Procurement. In Addition, The Expected Quantities Specified In Addition To 1 Are Based On The Previous Experience Of The Contracting Authority And Are Not Binding On The Framework Of The Framework Contract. The Contracting Authority Orders The Products In Accordance With The Actual Need For The Provision Of Healthcare. The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Increase The Amount Of The Goods To Be Purchased In Each Part Of The Amount Of 30% Of The Corresponding Tender, Which Is Also The Maximum Cost Of The Contract.
