The Subject Of The Contract For The Purposes Of The Tender Shall Mean The Supply Of Two Software In The Following Specification. The Contract Is Divided Into Two Following Parts: A. Web-To-Print Software-It Is A Software Solution Designed To Automate The Process Of Order Receiving And Accelerate Business Communication Between The Customer (Acting As A Contracting Authority) And The Printing Service Provider. An Interactive Environment For A Clear Presentation Of Offered Printing Products Will Be Created Through The Online Platform That Will Be Available From A Regular Web Browser Without Having To Install Specific Software On The User Side, Enabling The Customer To Specify, Configurate And Order Production. This Part Of The Performance Is Further Referred To As Delivery No. 1. Detailed Technical Specification Of Delivery No. 1 Is Given In Annex 1 To The Tender Documentation. B. Software For Management Workflow - Software Solution Used To Ensure Integration And Mutual Communication Between Newly Acquired Systems And Technologies Of The Contracting Authority. This Software Will Perform A Key Role In Automating Processes Associated With The Income And Processing Of Orders, Including Functionalities For Checking, Repairing Or Adding Data Files, As Well As For Their Subsequent Distribution And Archiving In Multiple Data Formats According To The Needs Of The Production Process. This Part Of The Performance Is Further Referred To As Delivery No. 2. Detailed Technical Specification Of Delivery No. 2 Is Contained In Annex 2 Of The Tender Documentation.
