Mansteel New Liskeard Landfill Management Services . Operation And Management Services Are Required At The Closed Mansteel New Liskeard Landfill, Formerly The Uniboard Landfill, At 1107 Lakeshore Road South, City Of Temiskaming Shores, Ontario. The Landfill Continuously Generates Landfill Leachate That Has Repeatedly Been Shown To Be Toxic Through Sampling And Analysis By The Ministry. As Described In Greater Detail In The Rfb, The Scope Of Work Includes: 1. Operation And Maintenance Of The Site 2. Health And Safety 3. Monitoring 4. Meetings Services Are To Be Provided For Two Years Starting On October 13, 2025. Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting: July 25, 11:00:00 (Toronto Time). Bidders Are To Meet At The Front Gate Of 1107 Lakeshore Road South, City Of Temiskaming Shores, On, P0j 1K0. Additional Parking Space Is Available On The North Side Of Lakeshore Road South, Opposite The Front Gate. All Bidders Must Attend Or Send A Designated Representative To The Mandatory Site Meeting. During This Meeting, Bidders Will Have Access To The Site To See The Operation Of The Pumping System And The Layout Of The Site That Are The Subject Of This Rfb. Bidders Will Be Required To Sign In. To Be Allowed Access To The Site, Attendees At The Site Meeting Must Wear Safety Shoes Or Boots And Safety Vests. To Ensure The Consistency Of The Information Provided To Bidders, No Questions Specific To The Rfb Will Be Answered At The Site Meeting. Instead, Bidders Are Asked To Make Note Of Any Questions They May Have Resulting From The Site Meeting And Will Have An Opportunity To Submit These Questions Afterwards Via The Ontario Tenders Portal. All Questions Will Be Answered By Issuance Of Addenda.
