Tenders Are Invited For Framework Agreement For Hiring Personnel To Government Representation Facilities in Norway

The Purpose Of The Framework Agreement Is To Ensure Access To Qualified Personnel If Necessary. The Agreement Will Meet Staffing Needs In Connection With Events, Conferences, Dinners And Other Serving Assignments At The Governments Representation Facilities. The Tasks Required Are Of Great Variety, And Include, Among Other Things: Coverage, Serving, Preparation For Events, Clearing Along The Way And Afterwards (Eg Glass Polishing And Cutlery, Handling Empty Goods, Etc.), Dishwashing, Closing The Room (Garbage Handling, Etc.), And Assistance For The Pacifier, For Example, The Flaws Of Silver, Chandeliers). It Is Emphasized That The List Of Tasks Is Not Exhaustive, And That Other Similar Tasks Must Thus Be Expected In Connection With The Individual Call. A Framework Agreement Will Be Entered Into With One Supplier. The Framework Agreement Shall Have A Duration Of 2 Years From Signing. The Client Has The Right To Extend The Framework Agreement By Another Year At A Time Up To 2 Times (2+1+1). The Financial Scope Of The Framework Agreement Is Estimated To Be Nok 1,000,000 Excl. Vat. Per Year. The Estimate Is Based On Experience Figures, But The Estimate Is Somewhat Uncertain. The Estimate Is Not Binding On The Ministry Of Foreign Affairs And Will Depend On The Budget Allocation At All Times. The Total Withdrawal For The Framework Agreement Will Be Nok 4,000,000 Excl. Vat. For The Entire Contract Period Of A Total Of Four Years (Including Option). The Agreement Is Not Exclusive. The Customer Has A Right, But No Obligation, To Allocate Contracts On This Framework Agreement. The Customer Is Not Obliged To Buy A Specific Volume During The Framework Agreement Period. The Client Will Allocate The Contracts Under The Framework Agreements In Accordance With Procedures Described In Appendix 2 Of The Framework Agreement.
