Replacement Of Suction And Delivery With All Allied Work At Chilla Dda Flats Bps Under - Ac-55.- 1 Supply of MS Pipes on suction side and Delivery side of size 300/200 mm dia for 2 Nos Pumping set which include, bell mouth tube , bends , puddle pipes, ecentric/concentric washer etc. Delivery pipes shall commence from delivery of individual pump to common header.This shall also includes distance piecec, common header from pump house , bend and Tees etc to complete job as per site requirement. 2 Supply of MS Special Flange 3 Supply of 150 Mm Sluice Valve make :- Kirloskar 4 Supply of 150 Mm NRV make :- Kirloskar 5 Supply of 200 mmSluice Valve -1.0 make :- Kirloskar 6 Supply of 150 mm bend make :-ISI 7 Supply of paint and painting of all E&M equipment, pump , motor , MS jaal , delivery line , sluice valve , NRV, crane ,panel , starter and all other item . Painting code is given by enggineer in charge. 8 Dewatering of contained/ leaking water from the system by suitable submersible pump sets a suitable place. 9 Safety arrangement like Air Face Mask, Air Line, Helmet, Gum Boots, Hand Gloves, Safety Belts, Portable Ladder, First Aid Box, Caution Tape, Barrier Cone, Litmus Paper, Torch, etc arranged by the firmat site of work for safe working. 10 Dismanteling of olddamaged line removing/cutting of damadge pipe all defctive valves, fabrication of MS bend and reducer as per site condition,fixing/fabrication of new foundation icluding all accesories for above Pump Sets. The work includes labour like fitter ,welder, cutter, helper,superviser and material used like welding machine, cutter set, nut bolts, stud, packing ,welding rod sheet,T& P as required at site of work. 11 Testing and commissioning of rising main on full pressure and as per satisfaction of Engineer In-charge.
