The Building Should Be Located In The Western Part Of A Landed Property With Identifier 69448.127.305, Located In The Land Of Stolnik Village, Elinsky Dol, Municipality. Elin Pelin, Sofia District. The Property Is Public State Property In Accordance With The Apa No. 2375/15.01.2013, In The Management Of The Ministry Of Interior. The Intended Building Is Of Indicative Dimensions-At Least 10 Meters Wide, At Least 3 Meters Height Of The Walls And A Built-Up Area Of ​​At Least 170 Square Meters (Incl. 8 Rooms), Providing An Opportunity To Produce Shots With A Battle Weapon Of 360 Degrees And The Use Of Light-Shock Grenades And Charge For Explosive Penetration.
