Tenders Are Invited For Consultancy To Conduct Training Of Trainers On Women Leadership In Apparel And Textile Sector Scope Of Work Oxfam Is Seeking To Contract A Consultant Or A Team Of Consultants To Develop And Conduct A Training Of Trainers On Women Leadership In Apparel And Textile Sector In Line With A Feminist And Gendertransformative Approach, Including The Development Of Training Modules And Training Manual. The Consultant Or Team Of Consultants Is Expected To Assess The Existing Training Capacity Of OxfamS Partner Organizations (4 Organizations), Challenges And Capacity Needs Of Women In The Sector To Exercise Leadership, Review Existing Literature, Develop Training Modules And Manual, And Deliver A Training Of Trainers To OxfamS Partner Organizations. Specific Tasks Related To This Scope Of Work Are Outlined As: Capacity And Needs Assessment: - Conduct An Assessment Covering The Following: O Partner Organizations Existing Training Capacity O Challenges And Capacity Needs Of Women Workers In The Apparel And Textile Sector To Be In Position Of Leadership In Trade Unions O Knowledge And Skills Gaps Of Partner Organizations To Provide Training That Supports Women Leadership - Review Existing Resources And Works By Oxfam And Other Stakeholders On Supporting And Promoting Women Leadership. Content Creation: - The Content Of The Training Modules Will Address The Knowledge, Skills, And Capacity Gaps Identified In The Assessment, However The Content Should Generally Provide Knowledge, Approaches, And Strategies That Advance Women Empowerment And Gender Equality In The Apparel And Textile Sector And In Trade Union Leadership. - The Training Should Be Based On Feminist, Participatory And Interactive Facilitation Methods, Case Studies, And Practical Exercises To Facilitate Learning And Engagement. - The Consultant Will Be Required To Consult With Oxfam During The Development Of The Training Content, And Submit The Draft Manuals To Oxfam For Feedback, Comments And Approval. Development Of Training Curriculum And Training Manual: - Develop A Training Curriculum That Address Challenges To Women Leadership And Capacity Needs Of Women In The Textile And Apparel Sector - Develop Training Modules And Materials (Including Presentations, Handouts, And Session Plans) - Develop A Training Manual For Ngos And Trade Unions - While Source Materials May Be In The English Language And Working Documents Will Be Expected To Be In English, The Final Training Manual Package Must Be Translated Into Khmer And Should Be Included In The Technical And Financial Proposals. Training Delivery: - Deliver A Training Of Trainers Workshop For OxfamS Partner Organizations, Ensuring Comprehensive Coverage Of The Training Manual, Preferably In Khmer Language.
