20-0003 Power Bridge-Rehabilitation . Description20-0003 Strømmen Bru Is A Steel Truss Bridge With Concrete Deck, With Span 25 M And The Wide Width 2.4 M. The Bridge Is Owned By The Norwegian Public Roads Administration, But Is Not In Use Today. The Bridge Is In Particularly Poor Condition And Is Completely Closed (Also For Pedestrians). The Bridge Is In Parallel With Municipal Roads, Where A Newer Bridge Has Replaced It. A Preliminary Project Was Carried Out In 2022, Where Various Alternatives For Renovation Were Assessed. The Norwegian Public Roads Administration V/The Norwegian Road Museum Has Subsequently Had A Dialogue With Finnmark County Council As A Cultural Heritage Authority, And There Is Agreement That A New Concrete Deck Should Be Cast, And That As Much Of The Truss As Possible Should Be Preserved. After Rehabilitation, The Bridge Should Be Used As A Walkway, But Will Be Closed To Vehicles.
