The bidders need todeposit EPF & ESIC with appropriate authority. The reimbursement for the same shall not be made.(2)The payment of wages to labourers should be made through bank. 2 Earthworkexcavationinfoundations in all soils other thansoftandhard rockupto a depth specifiedbelow, includingshoringanddewatering, if necessary, and refilling around foundations and plinth with selected excavated earth, in layers not exceeding 250mm thick, watering, consolidating etc., and disposing of surplus earthwithin a distance of 50 metre as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge (depth of excavation shall be measured from the existing average ground level after over area excavation). 3 0.00 metre to 1.50 metre below average G.L 4 Excavation in trenches for pipes & sewers in all soils except soft & hard rock upto a depth of 1.50m including shoring & dewatering and refilling in trenches with selected excavated materials in layers not exceeding 250mm, consolidation and disposing surplus material within a distance of 50m etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 5 Lead charges for any where in RRCAT Campus by mechanical transport including loading, unloading, stacking, levelling etc. 6 All soils 7 Supplying,transporting to work site scaterred at various locations of RRCAT premises and placing in proper position locally available ready madeMedium duty Pre-Cast R C C covers with frame generally as per IS 12592 of following specified clear size including minor cutting,dressing,alighning to fit properly levelled in existing man holes or Inspection Chambers or Gully trap Chambers including rigidly embedding the frame in 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 complete including cost ofall materials,reinforcing wires, labourers, taxes, cess, transport, curing, wastages etc. complete all as 14 DEMOLISHING PLAIN CEMENT CONCRETE WORKS BY CHISELLING at all levels including scaffolding, disposal of materials within 50 m lead asper drawings,specifications and asdirected byEngineer-in-charge. 15 Demolishing RCC/RB works by chiselling at all levels including scaffolding, excluding cutting of reinforcement bars but includingdisposal of all unserviceable materials within 50 mtr. lead all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 16 Cutting holes up to 30 cm x 30 cm size in 240 mm thick plastered brick wall in cement mortar including scaffolding, disposal of unserviceable material within 500 mtr. lead andmaking good the wall with 20 mm thick,1:4cement plaster,curing etc completeas per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge 17 Dismantling Old Plaster or Skirting, racking out joints and cleaning the surfaces for plaster including scaffolding, disposal of debris to the dumping ground within 50 metres above ground level, simultaneous pointing below G.L. etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 26 Waterproof cement plaster 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:3, with waterproofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement including applying of cement slurry with water proffing compound before plastering, double scaffolding, curing, hacking of concrete surfaces etc. complete. 27 Providing waterproof brick bat coba for filling in the depression of toilets, bathroom etc., as per the specifications of specialised waterpoofing agencies and finishing the surface even so as to be suitable to receive the tiles etc.as directed byEngineer-in-Charge.Note:The measurement shall be on m3 basis.
