This Mainly Includes Office Printers (Ricoh) With Several Device Categories And Types. In Addition To The Office Printer, The Central Printer Baking Infrastructure Manages And Controls Other Various Special Printer. The Office Printer And The Printer Baking Infrastructure Are Operated And Looked After By A Partner (Ricoh). The Partner Also Obtains And Maintains (Without Toner Procurement/Exchange) Also The Special Printers Of Zebra And Brother, As Well As Preventive Maintenance For Kodak High-Performance Scanner. The Existing Partner Has 2 Employees On Site For The End Device Support And Toner Exchange For Office Printers On The St.Gallen Campus. The End Device Support Takes Place At The Outdoor Locations After The Order Is Granted. The Partner Organizes A Technician. Toners/Cartridges Of The Office Printers Are Exchanged By The Users On Site At The Outdoor Locations. The Toner/Cartridges For Office Printers Are Sent To The Location In The Event Of A Defined Threshold By The Partner. If The Remaining Tone Containers Cannot Be Changed By The User, This Must Be Done By The Partner. The Printer-Backing Infrastructure Consists Of Print Servers (Printer Cuues, Drivers), Application/Application Servers (Genius Bytes Pullprint, Workflows) And Management Server Of The Current Printing Partner. For Genius Bytes, The Partner Works With A Subcontractor (360 -Degree Solutions). The Existing Contract For The Operation Of The Printer Infrastructure Expires On June 30, 2026 And Must Be Rewritten, Taking Into Account The Current Standards And Legal Requirements. In Principle, All Current Office Printer End Devices Should Also Be Replaced By The Future Partner In The Lifecycle By June 30, 2026.
