The Subject Of This Award Procedure Is The Delivery And Service To Replace The (Partially) Still Existing Mechanical Locking System In The District House By An Electronic Locking System With Components Required For The Operation (Hardware, Software, Instruction, Training). The District House Has 12 Office Floors And 4 Floors For Technical Systems Or Special Areas. In Individual Areas Of The District House And In Various Extensions Of The Rhein-Sieg District, An Electronic Locking System From Winkhaus Is Already In Operation. The Same System Bluesmart From The Winkhaus Company Is Therefore Specified As A Binding Product. All Assembly Work As Well As The Disassembly Of The Old Components And Training Courses For Software And Hardware As Well As Services Are Included. General Electrical Installations Such As Low -Voltage Installation And The Disposal Of The Old System Are Not The Subject Of This Tender. The List Of Services Is Referred To The Further Details.
