Tenders are invited for Comprehensive Architectural and Engineering Design Services for the Sinjar University Building. Nadias Initiative invites your firm to submit a bid to prepare detailed designs and bills of quantities for the following Sinjar University buildings: · Faculty of Agriculture and its Deans Office · Faculty of Education and its Deans Office Scope: Prepare detailed designs and bills of quantities for the buildings listed below, covering all disciplines; architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing/sanitary, and communications. In addition, produce 3-D images for each building showing its position within the master plan and its relationship to streets, roads, and circulation between buildings, in line with the functional program requirements for each facility 1. Faculty of Agriculture and its Deans Office. 2. Faculty of Education and its Deans Office Please note that an independent consulting office will review all deliverables. You will be responsible for incorporating any comments that arise during this review. The completed designs will serve as the engineering foundation for the new campus.
