Quotation are invited for Unified Collaboration System Upgrade and SBC Integration with MS Teams. UAE University requires a qualified contractor to supply, configure, and implement the Ribbon Edge 8300 Series Session Border Controller (SBC) integrated with Microsoft Teams and Cisco CUCM. The University requires a Cisco Gold Partner and Ribbon partner to manage the complete replacement process, including the supply, installation, and configuration. The contractor will be responsible for following the approved Cisco and Ribbon designs, ensuring best practices are applied throughout the project. Key deliverables include upgrading the UAEU Unified Collaboration system to version 15.x, enabling Teams Direct Routing with user call flows, and optimizing the SBC for performance, security, and availability. Comprehensive project documentation and on-site engineering support during deployment are also essential to guarantee smooth and successful implementation. The contractor must submit all necessary project documentation prior to implementation, including a detailed project plan, High-Level and Low-Level Designs, risk and communication plans, and test plans. Success will be measured by compliance with technical specifications, seamless integration of 100 SIP signaling sessions, completion of system upgrades without service disruption, and proper labeling and cabling per UAEU standards. Final acceptance will require submission of as-built documentation and effective knowledge transfer sessions with UAEUs DoIT staff, ensuring the system is fully operational and maintainable by the university.
