The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Staircase Smoking System In The Building Of The Nursing Home In Pyrzyce With Its Registered Office In Żabów: 1) Dismantling And Utilization Of The Existing Staircase Smoking System; 2) Delivery, Assembly, Launch And Service Of A Factory New System Of Smoking Staircase; 3) Integrating The New Staircase Smoke System With The Existing Fire Signaling System In The Building Inim Electronis, Fire Doors, Input Control System (Ground Floor) And Passenger Elevator; 4) Dismantling And Utilization Of 2 Windows In The Staircase; 5) Delivery And Installation Of Factory New 2 Pcs. Ei 30 - 2 Pcs; 7) Testing The Systems For Correct Operation, Performing Tests And Measuring Of The Controlling Staircase Installations Of The Staircase And Signaling Devices Along With Obtaining Results And Preparing Protocols; 8) Providing Together With The Documentation Of All Licenses, Keys, Slogans For The Installed System; 9) Performing The As -Built Documentation With The Designation System; 10) Serving The System During The Warranty Period At Least Once Every 6 Months (With The Obligation To Issue A Protocol From The Periodic Review); 11) Obtaining The Approval Of Building Materials Before Building And Transferring, Granted By The Contracting Authoritys Representative And Transferring It On An Ongoing Basis: Certificates As A Safety Sign, Declaration Of Compliance Of Products With Polish Or European Norm, Technical Approval - For These Materials And Manufacturers For Installed Devices And Equipment And Other Documents Required By Separate Regulations; 12) Training Of Employees Of The Ordering Party In The Field Of Service And Operation Of A New Staircase Smoke -Free System; 13) Finishing Processing And Utilization Of Construction Waste. 2. The Technical Specifications Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Also Include The Installation Of Fire Signaling, Based On The Smartloop 2080-Pg Headquarters With A Printer, Ed100 And Ed300 Smoke Detectors, Manual Firewriters Rop Enea Ec0020 And Acoustic And Voice Indicators Type S.C.-Ww3 And An Installation Of Sucking Up P-P-P-P-Bore Asd 531 Suction Control Panel, Integrated With Ssp.3. The Ssp Installation Has Already Been Completed And Is Not The Subject Of This Order. 4. The New Staircase Smoking System Must Be Integrated With The Operating Ssp Inim Electronis. 5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Design Documentation Constituting Annex 9 To Swz, I.E. Executive Design, Technical Specifications Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, The Bill Of Quantities And The Cost Estimate.
