Quotation are invited for Major Overhauling of Caterpillar Forklift. Abraj Energy Services SAOC the Company invites Bidder to Tender for the Work or Services in accordance with the terms and conditions set down in the Tender Documents. If you are a successful Bidder you shall be required to enter into a Contract in accordance with the Form of Agreement. SCOPE OF WORKS: 1- Receiving forklift from Abraj to the dedicated workshop 2- Complete disassembly for the machine including the replacement of all repair kit (bearings and soft seals): A- Engine for MOH: - Cylinder block crankshaft bore measurements. - Crankshaft journal measurements. - Liner bore measurements. - Connecting rod bore measurements. - Piston inspection. - Main and connecting rod bearing clearance. - Crankshaft end play. B- Axle: - Inspect all pins. - Replace bearings. C- Differential (front & rear): - Inspection of housing and internal components. - Replace bearings. - Inspect backlash and bearing clearance. D- Transmission: - Inspection of clutch. - Inspection of drive gear. - Inspection of motors endplay. 3- Valve lash and fuel timing injector inspection. 4- Removing all hydraulic components along with the hydraulic pump 5- Inspection report with finding to be submitted by the dedicated workshop 6- Cleaning thoroughly all machine parts 7- Perform MPI and dimensional check on all critical load areas. 8- Refurbishing for the cabin including all dashboards accessories & all electrical components 9- Supply and Replace Electrohydraulic Joystick assembly, all external lamps and lights switches. 10- Inspect and clean the Air condition unit (condensing coil, expansion valve, evaporator coil, filter drier & compressor). 11- Supply and replace A/C air filters. 12- Inspect and test the Reverse Camera and its screen. 13- Inspect all wire harnesses and connectors. 14- Inspect all sensors and solenoids. 15- Inspect all fuses and fuse boxes, 16- Inspect the wind shield 17- Replace all cylinder seals, honing of tubes, clean the piston and rod and Pressure test the all hydraulic cylinders the test should be 1.5 from Working pressure and allowed drop 2.5% of the test for 15 minutes. 18- Resealing steering ram. 19- Pressure test the radiator core for leak, internal clean of the core, pressure test 20 psi for 30 minutes. 20- Service oil cooler al replace all soft seals kit. 21- Inspect fuel pump and replace soft seals kit. 22- Inspect all fuel lines. 23- Inspect LH & RH brake assembly: Discs, plates, pistons, housing & shafts. 24- Replace bakes seals, gaskets and springs. 25- Inspect hydraulic oil pump and replace soft seals kit. 26- Inspect lube oil pump and replace soft seals kit. 27- Rebuild the hydraulic fan motor 28- Inspect machine braking system functionality. 29- Inspect starter motor. 30- Suppling only OEM parts for the overhaul 31- Inspect and replace all hydraulic hoses and grease hoses as per condition. 32- Inspect all tubes for bend or corrosion and to be free. 33- Supply and fill the engine oil, hydraulic oil, transmission oil and differential oil 34- Replace all oil filters, fuel filters and air filters. 35- Inspect the accumulators and pre-charge. (Brake, Pilot & Hydrostatic). 36- Test run the equipment, to be witness by abraj energy services representative 37- Test all hydraulic circuit 38- Insure all functions are functioning properly and diagnose with ET no alarm interruption. 39- Perform painting works as per OEM original color. 40- Provide 1-year warranty for the equipment 41- Final test package to be submitted after job completion include: Provide COC of OEM parts. MPI reports with all inspected areas. Load test certificate. Detailed job steps with pictures before and after the job. ET report. Certificate of compliance / certificate of service. One year warranty certificate. 42- If the supplier did not complete the required scope within agreed time, Abraj to dedicate the amount of rental machine from provided PO to MOH the machine.
