The City Of Bremgarten Carries Out A Selective Procedure For The Allocation Of General Planning Services For The Replacement New School Building And The Structural Adjustment Of The Existing Multi -Purpose Building. The Subject Of The Tender Is The Services Of Sia Phases 41 To 53 (Execution Planning, Tender, Implementation And Commissioning) In The Areas Of Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Management And Building Technology (Heating, Ventilation, Cooling, Sanitary, Electrical). We Are Looking For An Experienced Team Of General Planning Team That Realizes The Project With A High Architectural Quality And With A Structural And Organizational Competence According To The Rules Of Architecture. Form Of Submission The Tender Is A Selective Procedure According To Gatt/Wto (So -Called State Contract Area). The Submission Is Carried Out In Accordance With Art. 12 Lit.1B Of The Intercantonal Agreement On Public Procurement (Ivöb) As A Procurement Procedure With A Phase Procalification And Subsequent Phase Offer Including Project Analysis According To The Sia Standard 144. A Maximum Of Five General Planning Teams, Which Best Meet The Aptitude Criteria (Phase Prequalification), Are Invited To Submit An Offer Due To The Prequalification (Offer Phase). This Offer Consists Of A Project Analysis And A Fees.
