The Tool Must Operate Both Online And Fully Offline, Let Non-Technical Users Adjust A Water-Level Slider, Toggle Existing Structures, Sketch Hypothetical Bunds Or Weirs, And Instantly See The Knock-On Effects From Internal Drainage Board Scale Down To Individual Farm Gutters. It Must Integrate Lidar-Derived Terrain, The New 1D–2D Hydraulic Model And Predefined Seasonal Scenarios, While Redrawing Inundation Maps In Under A Second And Maintaining At Least Ten Frames Per Second On A Typical Laptop.
