The Annual Programme Will Cover The Spring, Summer And Christmas Holidays.Ambitious For Sutton Provides A Vision For The Borough Aimed At Making Sutton A Great Place To Live, Work And Raise A Family. The Provision Of Haf Activities For Children And Young People Will Help To Support Families And Give Children The Best Start In Life. The London Borough Of Sutton Intends To Allocate Contracted Funding To Providers For Delivery Of The Haf Programme Who Are Able To Achieve The Intended Outcomes Of The Programme, Offer Wide Ranging Provision And Demonstrate Value For Money.The Council Is Operating A Flexible Dps For The Delivery Of This Service Which Is Commissioned In Accordance With Regulation 74 Of The Public Contract Regulations 2015 (Light Touch Regime For Health And Social Care).
