Tender For Provn Of Fencing And Gate At Af Stn Deesa (Ph-Ii); 1 B/R Works 2 Site Clearance of area including shrubs, vegetation, grass, bush, weed, trees and saplings n. exc. 30 cm girth complete all as specified and directed. 3 Excavating in post hole each n exc. 0.50 cum, getting out in soft/loose soil including returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layer not exc. 25 cm, watering including clearing away all grass vegetation, saplings, shrubs, brushwood, undergrowth, roots and trees n. exc. 30 cm girth (measured one meter above ground level) and removing rubbish/ surplus soil upto a distance of 50 meters outside and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.Note : Necessary dewatering of water if requried shall be included in the unit rate of item. 4 Excavation in trenches, n nexc 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.5 m in depth, for foundation manholes, wells, drain etc.getting out in soft/loose soil including clearing away all grass vegetation, saplings, shrubs, brushwood, undergrowth, roots and trees n. exc. 30 cm girth (measured one meter above ground level) and removing rubbish/ surplus soil upto a distance of 50 meters outside complete all as specified and directed. 5 M & L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (20 graded stone aggregate) as in post holes includingcompaction by vibratorcomplete all as specified and directed. 6 M & L for Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 ( 40 mm aggregate)in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed. 7 S & F mild steel work as in fencing posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops of shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.,flat iron fillets and round bars with hooks at ends (for securing wire mesh etc.) incl all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc, and similar work confirming to Fe -290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed. 8 Supply only Chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and directed. Note :i) Chain link of mesh size preferably 100 mm mesh 10 gauge thickness will be provided, however the size may be changed after written approval of GE.ii) The weight of chain link fencing shall be ascertained by BOO ordered by GE 9 Fixing only Chain link fencing including line wires,any mesh,size and type to any type of standards,rails,straining bolts,etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed. Note : Chain link of mesh size preferably 100 mm mesh 10 gauge thickness will be provided,howeverthe size may be changed after written approval of GE. 10 S & F 5-10 mm diameter of shank mild steel screw bolts ( machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other,or screwed both ends.each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc. 5 cm long complete all as specified and directed. 11 M & L for Mild steel work 10 mm dia round bars as in fencing cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed. 12 S & F Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, complete all as specified and directed. (each line wire to be measured) 13 Material & Labour for 610 mm dia punched tape concertina coil fencing stretches ( supporting wire of the same material as concertina coil ) having stranding specifications average weight not less than 1.06 kg/m incl coating of px2 compound (anti rust) and fixed in angle iron brackets on compound wall/ fencing with and including all scaffolding if required complete all as specified and directed. 14 M&L Preparation of new steelsurfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. 15 M & L for new steel primed surfaces of any description, n.exc 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. 16 M&L Brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius bulit in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. 17 M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded aggregate as incopingetc. including weathering, slighty rounded or chamfered angle including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed. 18 M&L rendering 10mm thickin cement mortar 1:6 on any face of brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. 19 M & L, two coats of cement based paint over one coat of alkali resistant primer in including preparation of new surface (preparing surfaces plastered or unplastered) on Internal wall complete all as specified and directed. 20 S&F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls as in weep holes complete all as specified and directed. 21 M&L RCC M-25 (20mm graded aggregates) work as in foundation, including rafts, footing beam etc. complete all as specified and directed. 22 M&L RCC M-25 (20mm graded aggregates) work as in columns, pillars, piers, post and struts etc. complete all as specified and directed. 23 M & L for Form work to side of concrete foundation, footing, bases of columns, raft sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams with fair finish surface etc.complete all as specified and directed. 24 M & L for Form work to sides of column with fair finished surface of concrete etc complete all as specified and directed. 25 M & L for Mild steel bars (TMT) 10 mm dia and over, cut to lenth bent to shape required, including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking end and binding with steel wire or sequring with clips complete all as specified and directed. 26 M & L for Mild steel bars (TMT) 8 mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia in stirrups, spaces and binder as in column complete all as specified and directed. 27 S&F Steel sections Fe-290(Gde-E-165) forframed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates , rails, braces with ornamental and intricate design complete,drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Door, etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fiftting (exc. of steel sheeting or other covering ,running rails and guides ) and hanging ; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed. 28 M& L 20mm thick granite (of any type) work in steps, jambs,clading topillars, window-cills, cooking plateform and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite and 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. 29 Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed. 30 Rough excavation not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed. 31 Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exc. 30 cm thick; watering, ramming/ rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc., n exc. 1.5 m high from base complete all as specified and directed. 32 Removing excavated material ( soil ) exc 250m but n. exc. 500mand depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed. 33 M&L Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar workconforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed. 34 E/M Works 35 S & FJunction boxes madeup of CRCA sheet 2 mm thick of the 300 mm x 300 mm x 150 mm complete all as specified and directed. 36 S & F rigid non-metallic PVC conduit 20 mm dia exclusive of boxes (junction/ terminal) but inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc complete all as specified and directed. 37 S & F for galvanised of 50 mm bore tubes, light grade galvanised, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.
