The Purchase Of Graphic Paper And Copying Paper, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Specifications And The Application Of Art. 69 Of Law No. 99/2016 - Contract Reserved For Authorized Protected Units. This Procedure Aims To Provide Copiating Paper (A4 And A3) Plotter A0 Paper, Plotter A0 Paper A1 Paper A1, Plotter A2 Paper, Flipchart Paper, Duplex Cardboard Needed To Carry Out The Current Activities Of S.P.E.E.H Hidroelectrica S.A During The Validity Period Of The Framework Agreement. The Technical Specifications, The Requirements Regarding The Quantity, The Quality Of The Paper (Weight, Format, Opacity, Ecological Origin, Packaging, Delivery), Delivery Times, Frequency And Locations Are Detailed In The Specification And Annexes. The Products Must Comply With The Minimum Requirements Stipulated In It. According To Art. 69 Of Law No. 99/2016 Regarding The Sectoral Acquisitions, The Procedure Is Reserved Exclusively To The Authorized Protected Units, In Order To Support The Integration Into The Labor Market Of Persons With Disabilities. Participating Suppliers Must Hold Operating Authorization As A Protected Unit Issued By The National Authority For The Protection Of Persons With Disabilities, Valid On The Date Of Submission Of The Offer. Conditions Regarding The Settlement: The Contracting Entity Will Only Set The Finished Products For Which The Significant Contribution In The Production Process, Made By Persons With Disabilities Within The Protected Unit, Based On The Supporting Documentation Transmitted By The Supplier, Is Proven. The Simple Resale Of The Product Without The Real Involvement Of The Employees With Disabilities Is Not Eligible For Settlement. It Is Not Considered Eligible: • The Activities Carried Out By Personnel Without Disabilities; • Simple Resale Of The Product Without Effective Involvement Of Protected Employees;
