Supply and installation of two (2) 40ft Porta Cabins: qty 2 Scope of Work: Excavation for concrete pedestal Cast six (6) concrete pedestals using grade 20 concrete to receive porta cabins The window should be 3 units per container with a size of 0.3m height and 0.7m width (Two on the length and one on the width). An extractor on each container (on the width). The specification should be a wall mounted 400CFM (Cubic feet per minute) 13.5 inches height by 13.5 inches width (the 3 windows would be for illumination at the 3 sides (Two on the length and one on the width of the container) and the extractor fan would be at one side width). Install aluminum/glass windows (casement type with protector) Use off cut material to produce door complete with hinges and lock and frame using square pipe. Install ceiling using ceiling board and baton. Electrical wiring for light bulbs, switches, sockets for air conditioners (1HP) Construct staircase and platform to access the top porta cabin including handrails using square pipes and H channel iron. Construct roof on the porta cabin with aluminum roofing sheet and cladding.
