Repair And Maintenance Services - Framework Agreement On Operation And Maintenance Of Mechanical And Electrical Systems. The Supply Relates To A Framework Agreement On The Operation And Maintenance Of Mechanical And Electrical Plants On The Road And Rail Systems On The Big Belt And The Øresund Railway. Tasks Will Also Have To Be Performed In Fehmarn, In The Office In Vester Søgade (Copenhagen), And At A Number Of Ports, Cf. More Detailed In The Tender Material. The Framework Agreement Includes Tasks On Many Different Types Of Mechanical And Electrical Systems, And The Task Solution Will Involve A Collaboration With Several (Other) Contractors And With The Contractors Own Technical Departments. It Is Therefore A Need For A Contractor With Competencies And Capacity In Diverse Professional Disciplines, And It Is A Requirement That The Contractor Is Independent And Proactive In His Task Solution And Continuously Comes Up With Optimization And Improvement Suggestions. In Addition, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A 24 Hour Guard Scheme. The Contractor Will Be One Of The Clients Primary Contractors And Will Thus Play A Significant Role In Maintaining The Clients Critical Infrastructure Facility. This Is A Non-Exclusive Framework Agreement, And The Contractor Is Thus Not Guaranteed A Minimum Turnover On The Framework Agreement.
