1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of Roads In Czudec And Przedmieście Czudeckie To Improve Safety In The Commune Of Czudec.2) The Detailed Scope Of The Order Includes: A) Reconstruction Of Municipal Road No. 112119R In Przedmieście Czudeckie Consisting In The Construction Of A Pavement And Dehydration Elements:- Construction Of About 230 M Of A Pavement From The Existing Exit To Plot No. 1057/6 For A Concentration At Plot No. 988,- Road Drainage. B) Reconstruction Of The Internal Road Located On Plot No. 1168/2 In Czudiec:- Construction/Reconstruction Of The Pavement Along The Road Section,- Dehydration. Saint John (Dg 112118R Czudec-Grobla) And The Exit To The Internal Road-Ul. Młyńska In Czudiec, Together With The Reconstruction Of The Conflicting Infrastructure:- Construction/Reconstruction Of The Pavement Along The Section Of The Municipal Road- Within The Rebuilt Congress,- Reconstruction Of Dehydration Elements By Making A Segment Of The Channel Constituting The Drainage Of The Municipal Road Within The Pavement And The Reconstructed Exit,- Implementation Of The Exit From The Municipal Road To The Internal Road, Protection Of Existing Telecommunications Earth Cables With The Designed Pavement And Road System,- Laying Of The Fi110 Curtain Pipe- The Range Does Not Include The Reconstruction Of Overhead Teletechnical And Power Networks. 3) The Detailed Scope Of Works Covered By The Order Is Determined By The Design Documentation And The Bill Of Quantities, Which Constitute Attachments To Swz. Note: In The Case Of Use In Swz Or Attachments Of References To Standards, European, Technical Assessments, Approval, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Contracting Authority Allows Equivalent Solutions. When Analyzing The Design Documentation, The Contractor Should Assume That Each Reference Used In The Project Documentation Is Accompanied By A Or Equivalent Word. In The Case Of Swz Or Attachments, Trademarks Have Been Used, It Means That They Are Given, For Example And Specify Only The Minimum Expected Quality Parameters And The Required Standard. The Contractor May Apply Equivalent Materials Or Devices, But With Technical And Quality Parameters Similar Or Better, The Use Of Which Will In No Way Negatively Affect The Proper Functioning Of The Solutions Adopted In The Project Documentation. The Contractor Who Uses The Equipment Or Equivalent Will Be Obliged To Demonstrate During The Performance Of The Order That The Devices And Materials He Uses Meet The Requirements Set By The Employer. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes A Provision Resulting From Knr Or Knnr Indicating The Need To Use A Specific Equipment With Specific Parameters When Completing The Order, As Well It Will Not Cause The Risk Of Non -Compliance Of The Work Performed With The Design Documentation.
