Expression of Interest for Procurement of Modules, Components and Material for the Development of Solar Generator COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS (excluding Lots C1) Interested companies are to collect the Standard Bidding Document (SBD) from the office of the Director of Procurement, Procurement Department, National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructure, Idu Industrial Area, Abuja and the Offices of the Managing Directors/Chief Executive Officers of the various NASENI Institutes in their respective address in 5 below during working days (10am-3pm) on presentation of evidence of payment of non-refundable tender fee of N10,000.00 (Ten Thousand Naira Only) per Lot made payable to NASENIs TSA and that of the respective Institutes in any reputable Commercial Bank in Nigeria. Firms interested in Lots (C1) will not pay at this stage until shortlisting. 5. SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS (excluding Lot C1) Interested Bidders are required to prepare and submit their Technical and Financial Bid Documents in sealed separate envelopes (Original and two copies). To be clearly written at the top righthand corner of each envelope are: the Project Title, Lot Number, Contractors Name and Technical Bid or Financial Bid as the case may be. Both envelopes are to be enclosed in a bigger sealed envelope and addressed/submitted at the project locations with the following addresses (depending on the Lot of interest and locations): Furthermore, the reverse side of each sealed envelope should have the name and address of the bidder and dropped in the designated tender box at the respective locations. i. Headquarters; The Executive Vice Chairman/Chief Executive Officer, National Agency for Science & Engineering Infrastructure, Idu Industrial Area, Abuja at Procurement Office. The bids are to be opened at the Technology Orientation Centre (TOC), NASENI Headquarters not later than 12:00 noon on Thursday 10th July, 2025. ii. SEDI, MINNA: The Managing Director/CE, Tagwai Dam Road, Chanchaga, P.M.B 37, Minna, Niger State, not later than 12:00 noon Thursday 17th July, 2025. iii. HEDI, Kano: The Managing Director/CE, Opposite Kumbotso LG Secretariat, Kumbotso Town, P.M.B 3067, Kano, Kano State, not later than 12:00 noon Thursday 17th July, 2025. iv. SOMMEDI, Nasarawa: The Managing Director/CE, C/o Vocational and Relevant Technology Centre, Shagari Road, Nasarawa State, not later than 12:00 noon Thursday 17th July, 2025. v. PEDI, Ilesa: The Managing Director/CE, Km 4, Old Ife Road, Eruru Quarters, Ilesa, Osun State, not later than 12:00 noon Thursday 24th July, 2025. x. ELDI, Awka: The Managing Director/CE, Km 80 Enugu/Onitsha Expressway Aba Junction, Awka Capital Territory P.M.B 5099, Awka, Anambra State, not later than 12:00 noon Thursday 24th July, 2025. 6. SUBMISSION OF EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (LOT C1) Expression of Interest (EoI) documents are to be submitted in a sealed envelope and clearly marked Expression of Interest with the Project Title and Lot Number clearly written on the top right-hand corner, addressed to the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, SEDI, Enugu. Furthermore, the reverse side of the sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder and dropped in the designated Tender Box at SEDI, Enugu not later than 12:00 noon Thursday 24th July, 2025. 7. OPENING OF TECHNICAL BIDS AND EXPRESSION OF INTEREST 7.1 All Lots except Lots(DC1): having technical bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00 noon on the various dates stated in 5 above at the NASENI Headquarters and its various Institutes in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Only the successful Bidders after technical evaluation of bids will be invited at a later date for Financial Bids opening while financial bids of unsuccessful bidders will be returned unopened. Bidders are to ensure that they sign the bid submission register in the office of the Director, Procurement for NASENI Headquarters or the respective Managing Directors/Chief Executive Officers for the Institutes as NASENI and its Institutes will not be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted bids. 7.2 Lots (C1): Expression of Interest documents will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission 12:00 noon on 24th July, 2025 at SEDI, Enugu as stated above in paragraph 5 in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Only shortlisted firms will be contacted at a later date for collection of Request for Proposals.
