The Subject Of The Contract Is A Service Consisting In Providing People Providing Support For Children And Adolescents Living In The Podkarpackie Voivodeship Consisting In Support In The Form Of Biofeedback Training And Providing Rooms For The Purposes Of Implementing The Abovementioned Support In Connection With The Implementation Of The Project Entitled Increasing Access To Services Supporting The Functioning Of Children, Youth, Biological Families And Foster Care. The Member Did Not Divide The Order Into Parts And Does Not Allow Partial Offers, Because The Subject Of The Order For Organizational And Technical Reasons Creates An Inseparable Whole, And Its Division For Organizational, Technical And Purposeful Reasons Is Not Possible. The Scope And Value Of The Contract In Question Also Does Not Hinder The Smes Access To Participation In The Procedure, Nor Does It Limit The Competitiveness.
