Library Software Package- Acquisition Of Sorted Details And Service And Maintenance Services. The Acquisition Focuses On The Sorting Vending Machine Service For Materials Returned To The Library Space, Borrowed From The Customers Library And Logistical Sorting. The Sorting Is Sorted By Separately Specified Criteria (Eg Target Library, Volume Reservation, Material Type, Department Id). The City Of Vantaa Acquires Return Machinery Equipment For Its Own Purchased, And The Acquisition Is Also The Target Of Continuous Services Related To The Sorting Return Machine And The Maintenance And Maintenance Services Of Sorting Return Machines In Accordance With The Tender Documents. The Contracting Entity Does Not Commit To The Expected Total Value Of The Procurement In The Contract Notice Or To Any Particular Acquisition Amount During The Contract Period. The Acquisition Seeks One (1) Responsible Supplier Of The Return Automatic Equipment, Maintenance And Maintenance Service. The Acquisition Seeks A Ready -Made Solution. The Overall Service Must Include The Necessary Interfaces, Programs, Hardware, Equipment, Licenses And Maintenance And Support Services In Accordance With The Invitation To Tender And Its Annexes. Unless Otherwise Stated In Any Individual Requirement, The Service Of The Service According To The Requirement Of The Requirement And Equipment Of The Requirement Shall Be Available Within Three (3) Months Of The Subscribers Written Order. The Contract Period Is A Fixed Term Of Two (2) Years, After Which The Contract Will Continue To Be Valid For An Indefinite Period.
