Tenders are invited for Hiring of Chartered Accountant Firm for Commercial Audit of HEC Accounts Earnest Money 200000 Description: HIGHER EDUCATION COMMISSION, Pakistan INVITATION TO BID Chartered Accountancy Firm Required 1. Higher Education Commission (HEC), Pakistan invites sealed bids from reputed Chartered Accountancy Firms, well versed in the Government and International Accounting/Auditing Standards, and registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments, for Audit of HEC?s financial statement from Financial Years 2018-19 to 2024-2025 (Six years). 2. Bidding documents, containing detailed terms and conditions, method of procurement, procedure for submission of bids, bid security, bid validity, opening of bid, evaluation criteria, clarification /rejection of bids, performance guarantee etc., are available at HEC website. 3. Interested firms may also download the tender documents from the PPRA, or EPADS Websites. An amount of Rs. 1,000/- (non-refundable) as tender document fee must be deposited in HEC Account No. 17427900133401 in Habib Bank Limited, SRC branch, sector H-9, Islamabad. The receipt of the deposited tender fee should be submitted with the bid documents. 4. Tender must reach the HEC Finance Division (Mr. Hatam Khan, Dy. Director, CTC Building No 08, Phone No 051-90401721) by 1:30 PM on or before June 24, 2025. The bid document must also be uploaded on EPADS (e-Pak Acquisition Disposal System). Otherwise, bid will not be accepted. Bids will be opened on the same day at 2:00 PM at the HEC Auditorium Block, H-9 Islamabad. 5. The Tenders documents should be accompanied by bid security of Rs. 200,000/- in the form of bank draft or pay order, in favour of Higher Education Commission, submitted along with technical bid. 6.
