The Purchase Will Be Completed By The Conclusion Of A Service Contract With An Economic Operator/Association Economic Operators. The Provider Must Elaborate Them According To The Execution Chart In Relation To Different Components Of The Integrated Feasibility Study For The Investment Objective Metropolitan Brașov Train To Deliver: • Integrated Feasibility Study (Sf), In Full Compliance With The Applicants Guide Transport 2021-2027 Priority 6 (P6) The Legislation In Force At The Time Of The Services (And Its Annexes), Including The Documentation For Obtaining The Necessary Permits, Authorizations And Certificates To Make The Investment; • Synthesis Of The Analysis Of The Transport Infrastructure And The Potential For Developing The Urban/Metropolitan Train Services. • The Operational Component Concerns The Purchase Of Trains For The Three Planned Buses But Also The Way Of Coupling The Lines In The Form Of A Coherent Service. • Assignment Documentation For The Following Phase Of Implementation Of The Investment, Respectively For The Purchase: O To The Planned Works Within The Sf (Design And Execution) A Rolling Material Identified Within The Sf (Long -Term Delivery And Maintenance - 15 Years). The Feasibility Study Will Cover (According To The Detailed Requirements In This Specification) The Following Routes: 1. Tm1 Halta Stupini - Po N. Labiș (Proposed) - Po Tractor (Proposed, Intermodal Knot Connected To Several Metropolitan Train Lines) - Brașov Station; 2. Tm2 Codlea - Po Park Industrial Ghimbav (Proposed) - Po Aibg (Proposed) - Ghimbav - Po Vgp - Bartolomeu Station - Po Tractor (Proposed) - Po Trij (Proposed) - Hărman (Possibly New) - Po Industrial Prejmer (Proposed) - Ilieni - Prejmer - Chichiș - Ozun - Sfântu Gheorghe; 3. Tm3 Zărnești Gara - General Traian Moșoiu - Halta Tohaanu Vechi - Halta Romacril (Râșnov Hc) - Râșnov Gara - Po Cristian (Proposed) - Po Ina Schaeffler (Proposed) - Po Brașovia (Proposed) - Bartolomeu Gara - Po Tractor (Proposed) Micșunica (Proposed) - Dârste Station.
