Tenders are invited for Digital Marketing Trainer Closing Date: Sunday, 15. Jun 2025 Intervention Sector(s): Training & Capacity Building Duration of Contract: Start Date: 01 July 2025 End Date: 30 November 2025 As part of the Tech Pour Tous initiative, MDSF is implementing a specialized Digital Marketing training program. This training is targeted at young women between the ages of 15 and 35 who have limited exposure to technology. Before starting the Digital Marketing track, all participants will complete a foundational digital literacy course. The training aims to provide participants with practical Digital Marketing skills and prepare them for real-world projects and freelancing opportunities. Upon completion of the 5-month training, learners will transition into a 2-month internship program where they will apply their newly acquired skills in a professional setting. This structured internship component ensures that the training is practice-driven and employment-oriented. Objective The objective is to deliver 120 hours of Digital Marketing training to one group of learners over five months, equipping them with the knowledge and skills required to create and manage effective online marketing campaigns. Scope of Work The Trainer will: Design and deliver 120 hours of Digital Marketing training across 5 months (2 sessions/week × 3 hours) Cover topics including: Introduction to digital marketing strategies and channels Social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) Content marketing and copywriting basics Search engine optimization (SEO) and keyword research Paid advertising (Google Ads and Meta Ads) Email marketing strategies and automation tools Web analytics using Google Analytics Branding and campaign planning Integrate practical tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, and Google tools Deliverables The selected trainer is expected to deliver the following: A structured and up-to-date training curriculum Session plans and practical assignments 120 hours of direct instruction with interactive labs Pre- and post-tests to assess baseline and endline competencies Regular tracking and reporting on learner progress and engagement Submission of a group-based digital marketing project Weekly attendance records and summary evaluation Internship recommendation report based on learner performance Duration of Assignment The assignment will be completed within 5 months from the start date. Start Date: 01 July 2025 End Date: 30 November 2025 Trainer Qualifications The selected trainer should meet the following criteria: 1. A bachelors degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field 2. At least 3 years of professional experience in digital marketing and content creation 3. Prior teaching or training experience in digital tools and marketing concepts 4. Proficiency in tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and Canva 5. Familiarity with campaign planning, performance tracking, and content scheduling 6. Experience working with youth and non-technical audiences, especially in community settings 7. Strong facilitation, mentoring, and project guidance abilities Location The training sessions will be delivered at Michel Daher Social Foundation, Ferzol, Bekaa. Step 4: Payment Terms Payment will be made via bank transfer or Telegraphic Transfer (TT) within 15 working days after service completion. Payment will be processed after deliverables are met. Note: Without a valid MOF certificate, tax deductions of 3.4% on goods and 8.5% on services will apply, according to the articles number 41 and 42 of the income tax law. Step 5: Evaluation Proposals will be evaluated based on: Technical (60%): curriculum, delivery approach, and qualifications.
