Type Of Order: Delivery Of The Contract Is The Supply Of Coal To Schools And Buildings Administered By The Town And Commune Office In Lubowidz Together With Its Weighing, Transport And Unloading In Quantity And Meeting The Following Quality Requirements:- 258 Tons Of Coal Pea Worked Peas With A Calorific Value ≥ 25 Mj/Kgted The Amount Of Coal Demand Is Of An Estimated Character And, Depending On Atmospheric Conditions, And Depending On Atmospheric Conditions Change. The Employer Is Not Subject To Legal And Financial Liability For Not Realizing Part Of The Order. The Contractor Will Not Claim In The Event Of A Change In The Estimated Value Of The Task Completed. The Worku Pea Is The Minimum Requirements:- Calorific Value ≥ 25Mj/Kg- Grainization: 5- 25 Mm- Ash Content Less Than 10 %- Sulfur Content Max. 0.8 %- Humidity Less Than 12 %- Sinterness Ri: Max 25- Puffer Content: Max. 5 %- Division Content: Max. 10 %- Coal Worn In Bags Of 20 Kg Or 25 Kgdostawy Goods Will Be Successfully Carried Out According To Orders, Subject To The Possibility Of Each Minimum Delivery In The Amount Of 5 Tons. The Contractor Must Attach A Reliable Document - A Certificate Of Supplied Coal (Original Or Copy Confirmed As Compatibility) And A Document Confirming The Weight Of The Delivered Goods. The Contractor Will Provide Coal To The Place Of Collection Indicated By The Employer In Accordance With Annex 7 To Swz List Of Coal Supply Places To Schools And Buildings Administered By The Town And Commune Office In Lubowidz. The Contracting Authority On The Day Of Delivery Reserves The Right To Weigh The Delivery Of Coal As Part Of The Offered Price. Transport, Weighing And Unloading Will Be Carried Out At The Contractors Own Expense. The Landlord Reserves The Right To Conduct Tests Of The Offered Goods, In The Event Of Not Met The Minimum Requirements Set Out In Swz, The Contracting Authority Will Charge The Contractor With The Costs Of The Above Tests.
