The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Specified In Annex 1 - Project Documentation. Underestimation, Omission And Lack Of Recognition Of The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Cannot Be The Basis For Demanding A Change, Which Should Be Treated As A Flat -Rate. 3. The Bill Of Quantities Attached To This Swz Is An Auxiliary Nature, And Possible Unbearable Elements Of Works Resulting From The Project Cannot Constitute Grounds For The Contractor Requested Additional Remuneration. The Contractor May Ask The Employer To Clarify The Content Of The Swz.
