1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Liquid Nitrogen - Class Ii A Medical Device, Rule 2. The Offered Product Should Meet All Standards And Parameters Specified By Polish Law And European Union Law, Including The Requirements Of European Pharmacopoeia Monograph 1247, Requirements Of The Mdr Regulation, Including Transitional Provisions And The Act On Medical Devices Of April 7, 20222. The Offered Product Must Have Valid For The Duration Of The Agreement On Trading On The Polish Market Based On Applicable Law, Have Entries And Certificates Issued By Authorized Bodies: Declaration Of Compliance Issued By The Manufacturer And/Or Ce Certificate Issued By A Notification Unit, Iso 9001 And Iso 13485 Certificate On The Day Of The Contract And At Each Request Of The Ordering Party. 3. The Contracting Authority Expects Successive Deliveries To The Location: 1) In The Room - Liquid Nitrogen In An Amount Of About 100 Tons Over A Period Of 12 Months With Delivery, Transport, Installation And Lease Of A Liquid Nitrogen Tank With A Capacity Of 6000 Liters. 2) In Buy - Liquid Service Nitrogen In An Amount Of About 6,000 Liters During The Contract, 4. The Amounts Of Nitrogen Given In The Price Form (Annex 1 - Offer Form) Were Adopted On The Basis Of Planned Consumption Over A Period Of 12 Months, They May Change During The Contract. 5. The Required Deadline For Completing The Order In The Scope Of Installation Of The Tank Referred To In Point 1) - Maximum Within 48 Hours Of Disconnecting The Existing Tank. 6. As Part Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: 1) Submission To Each Supply Of Nitrogen By Tanks - Photocopies Of Quality Control Certificates. 2) Submission Of The Conditions Of Operation Of Pressure Devices And The Rights And Obligations Of The Parties To The Contract In This Respect, 3) Training Of Employees Indicated By The Contracting Authority In The Use And Storage Of The Tank, 4) Ensuring Technical Supervision In The Scope Of Periodic Inspection Of The Technical Status Of The Tank And Maintenance, 5) At Your Own Expense Repair Or Replacement Of A Damaged Tank And Accessories Resulting From Technical Consumption. 6) Foundation Of A Cryogenic Tank At The Existing Foundation After Making A Local Vision At Its Own Expense.
