Pharmaceutical Products-Dynamic Purchase System/ Dsp/ Under The Public Procurement Act/ Ppa/ Subject: Delivery Of Medicinal Products For The Needs Of Mbal-Lukovit Eood. The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is Delivery Within The Meaning Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 2 Of The Public Procurement Act. Dsp Is Created For The Delivery Of Various Types Of Medicinal Products For The Needs Of Mbal - Lukovit Eood. Initially, The Planned Technical Specification Can Be Partially Changed In The Course Of The Dynamic System, Adding New Medicinal Products And/Or Their Quantities Change. The Quantities Of The Technical Specification Are Forecast And Do Not Give Rise To Obligations For The Contracting Authority To Commission Them In The Estimated Volume. The Actual Execution Of The Public Procurement Will Be Determined On The Basis Of The Actual Medicinal Products Actually Delivered Within The Financial Resources. The Exchange Of Documents And Communications Between Contracting Authorities, Candidates, Participants And Contractors Is Carried Out Through The Centralized Electronic Platform. The Dynamic Purchases (Dsp) System Is Carried Out In Stages. According To Article 101 Of The Public Procurement Act, Depending On The Stage Of The Procedure, The Candidates Submit Applications For Participation, And The Qualified (Admitted) Candidates - Tenders. The Dsp Is Managed As An Entirely Electronic Process And Throughout The Period Of Operation Of The Purchasing System It Is Found For Each Business Entity/Performing Body (Io), Which Meets The Selection Criteria. The Stated Selection Criteria Are Also Exclusion Criteria. The Contracting Authority Provides Full, Unlimited And Direct Access To The Documentation Under This Procedure Through The Centralized Electronic Platform, Called The Platform. Applications And Tenders Must Be Prepared And Submitted In Accordance With The Requirements Of Art. 101 Of The Public Procurement Act And Art. Documents Related To Participation In This Public Procurement Are Submitted Through The Platform According To The Rules For Its Use (Https://App.Eop.Bg/Today).
