Construction Work - Sustainable Revitalization And Resocialization Of Medard - Building. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Design And Construction Work Consisting In Building Public Infrastructure And Ground Buildings (Including Equipment) In The Vicinity Of Lake Medard In Order To Allow Further Use Of This Location For Activities That Bring Sustainable Revitalization And Resocialization Of The Territory After The Mining Of Coal Mining And Return To The Territory. The Contracting Authority Will Implement The Design And Construction Work In The Form Of Requirements For Performance Or Function Pursuant To Section 92 (2) Of The Public Procurement Act (Also Referred To As Design & Build Method). The Selected Supplier Will Provide Services, Supplies And Construction Work To The Extent Defined By The Work. More Details On The Design And Construction Are Determined By The Terms And Conditions And Technical Conditions. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Specified By The Text Part Of The Tender Documentation, Including All Annexes, In Particular The Requirements Of The Client, Which Forms The Attachment Of The Text Part Of The Tender Documentation (Tender Documentation).
