General Procurement Notice for Provision of Goods, Work and Consultancy for Emergency Rural Road Reconstruction Project. The ERRRP output, 600 km of reconstructed (with double bituminous surface treatment (DBST) or reinforced concrete (RC) and climate resilient rural roads in the provinces of (i) Kampong Thom, (ii) Siem Reap, (iii) Banteay Meanchey, (iv) Battambang, (v) Pursat, (vi) Kampong Chhnang). The PPSF focuses on preliminary project preparatory tasks including: (i) Preliminary scoping activities to identify the road sections with highest priority. (ii) Preparation of the draft consultation plan with road users, including farmers. (iii) Preparation of Terms of Reference (ToRs) to hire individual consultants and consulting services; and (iv) PMU capacity assessment and preparation of a capacity development.
