Expression of Interest for Construction Small Earth Dam and Irrigation in Kibiya, Kibiya Local Government Area SUBMISSION OF PRE-QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS: Interested companies should submit the following pre-qualified documents to the Office of the DPR&S/Secretary SMTB, Ministry of Agriculture & Natural Resources, No. 2 Bida Road, Off Post Office Road, Kano on or before 9th June, 2025 not later than 12:00noon. 4. THE REQUIREMENTS FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION: A. Evidence of experience as a prime contractor on at least one project within last 5yrs B. Memorandum and Article of Association (Name of Directors with their addresses) C. Have a project manager of between 3-5 years experiences; D. Organizational structure and names of key personnel with copies of CVs & certificates; E. Evidence of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission F. Evidence of Tax Clearance Certificate (TCC) for the last 3 years; G. Annual Turnover and audited statement of account of the company for last 3 yrs; H. VAT registration, Evidence of Past VAT remittances & Tax Identification Number (TIN); I. Evidence for settlement of withholding taxes due to the State; and J. Evidence of Registration with Due Process Bureau & Kano State Works Reg. Board 5.
