The Subject Of The Contract Is Not Related To The Activities Of The Network Sector Listed In § 146-147 Of The Estonian Public Procurement Act. The Competition Procedure Is Carried Out In Accordance With The Estonian Law Of Obligations Act § 1009 - § 1013 And Relevant Legislation And Instructions And Other Basic Documents Prepared By The Contracting Authority.Enefit Solutions As, In Collaboration With H2electro Oü, Is Developing A High-Temperature Solid Oxide Electrolyser Prototype (Approximately 10–12 Kw Capacity) Capable Of Co-Electrolyzing H₂o And Co₂ To Produce Hydrogen Or Syngas. To Support This Development, The Client Seeks An Experienced And Qualified Contractor To Perform Comprehensive Stack-Level Testing Under Realistic High-Temperature Operating Conditions.
